Lead a small engineering team building the integration of Ripple’s digital asset capabilities into its enterprise treasury platform, while contributing production code.
What you'll do
- Design and build systems connecting digital asset functions with Ripple Treasury, including full-stack .NET services and Angular or React frontends.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of up to four developers while remaining hands-on in coding.
- Set engineering practices and guide rapid delivery in partnership with digital assets, product, compliance, and treasury teams.
