Leads a small engineering team building digital-asset capabilities into Ripple Treasury, while contributing code and shaping the product and engineering approach.
What you'll do
- Design and build systems integrating digital-asset functions with Ripple Treasury, including full-stack .NET and frontend solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of up to four engineers while remaining hands-on in coding.
- Lead delivery and engineering practices, collaborating with digital-assets, product, compliance, and treasury partners.

- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background in .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or equivalent).
- Over 2 years of experience leading engineering teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and development.
