What you'll do
- Coordinate timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds and reconcile positions and balances, including company-issued stablecoins.
- Monitor systems and venues, resolve operational exceptions, and record transactions accurately in systems of record.
- Document and improve operational processes while supporting customers across a global 24x7 service, including weekend and holiday activity.
