Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager

What you'll do

• Build relationships and source opportunities through VCs, accelerators, corporates, and other strategic partners; connect founders, investors, and partners.
• Originate, evaluate, structure, and close grants, partnerships, or investments, then support partners through delivery and go-live.
• Translate market, competitive, and regulatory signals into recommendations, shape adoption strategies, and influence product priorities with cross-functional teams.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital across enterprise fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury technology.
• Track record building commercial opportunities from ambiguous, zero-to-one starting points without an existing playbook.
• Strong active network across fintech, payments, and crypto, plus sophisticated understanding of blockchain and traditional financial services and genuine passion for crypto.
• Based in New York, Miami, London, or São Paulo, or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in one or more focus pillars; familiarity with the XRP Ledger and RLUSD.
• Emerging-markets experience; Latin American market or language fluency is a plus, as are relationships with tier-one VCs, accelerators, or market makers.

Pay

$192,000 — $230,000 USD annual base salary (NY); excludes equity and additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
