Leads technical delivery and customer implementation of Ripple payment solutions, from requirements and design through launch and adoption.
What you'll do
- Partner with Product and Engineering to bring products and features to market and prioritize customer requirements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise customers and partners, including project planning, training, testing, launch support, and solution adoption.
- Serve as the technical and functional specialist, resolving issues and guiding internal and external teams; travel to customer and partner sites when required (20–30%).
