Staff Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Set analytical standards and strategy, and solve complex data science problems across product and business teams.
• Develop reusable metrics, causal inference, forecasting, liquidity, and adoption frameworks; evaluate growth across customers, corridors, and on-chain activity.
• Apply AI workflows to scale insight generation and self-service analytics, communicate findings to leaders, and mentor data scientists.
