Leads customer and partner onboarding, integration, and deployment of Ripple payment solutions, coordinating delivery from training through launch.
What you'll do
- Work with customers and partners to implement Ripple solutions and guide them toward successful usage.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to bring features to market and gather, refine, and prioritize customer requirements.
- Manage the delivery lifecycle, including project planning, configuration testing, training, and launch support; travel to customer and partner locations 20–30% when work travel resumes.
