Manages PEO accounting operations and compliance, including financial reporting, close processes, audits, and automation.
What you'll do
- Manage PEO accounting operations, including insurance carrier obligations, cash management, and general ledger maintenance; ensure compliance with U.S. PEO regulations.
- Prepare and analyze U.S. GAAP financial statements, oversee month- and year-end close, and support audits and regulatory reporting.
- Develop accounting policies and procedures, collaborate across teams, and automate accounting processes and systems.
