Lead customer AI engagements end to end, from diagnosing workflows and defining transformation roadmaps to shipping AI solutions, driving adoption, and measuring business impact.
What you'll do
- Own customer relationships, engagement scope, operating cadence, and executive communications.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, then define and product-manage workflow implementations with Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Drive adoption and ROI measurement, and develop repeatable delivery playbooks and processes.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, consulting, deployment, solutions, implementation, or a similar operator role in a high-growth environment.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from problem framing through production launch, adoption, and measurable impact.
- AI fluency across LLMs, agents, retrieval, evaluations, data, APIs, and integrations.
- Ability to quantify workflow value and build a credible business case.
Nice to have
- Experience at a forward-deployed, applied AI, or technical services organization; or in HCM, payroll, ERP, finance systems, or G&A workflows.
