Lead the strategy, teams, and delivery of Rippling’s AI-powered Talent platform across the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to development and retention.
What you'll do
- Set technical strategy and lead architecture and product delivery for the AI-powered Talent platform.
- Build and develop an engineering organization, including hiring and mentoring engineers and engineering managers.
- Partner with Product, AI Platform, Design, and executive leaders on product vision, roadmap, and technical strategy.
