What you'll do
- Manage immigration case lifecycles across Asia, North America, South America, and Europe with external counsel.
- Create and improve immigration SOPs, FAQs, and resources; serve as a resource for internal teams.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Sales, and CX to improve program visibility and efficiency, tracking and reporting through tools.
