What you'll do
- Own the M&A pipeline and execute deals from market mapping and sourcing through diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration planning.
- Build financial analyses and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the Board; prepare Board and investor materials.
- Lead fundraising, secondary transactions, IPO planning, and ongoing investor communications.
