What you'll do
- Develop tailored implementation plans and manage projects end-to-end against customer goals and timelines.
- Guide customers in adopting purchased products through bespoke advice and best practices.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering on handoffs, customer feedback, and product issues.
