Leads day-to-day workplace operations across Rippling’s West Coast offices, managing teams and vendors while improving office readiness, processes, and employee experience.
What you'll do
- Oversee workplace services and operational readiness, especially at the San Francisco headquarters, and support office openings, moves, and decommissions.
- Manage, coach, and develop Workplace Coordinators; build scalable SOPs, playbooks, trackers, and workflows.
- Manage regional vendors and support budgets, while partnering with Workplace Technology, IT, and business stakeholders on workplace needs.
