Leads the design vision and reusable interaction patterns for AI experiences across Rippling’s enterprise product suite, turning AI capabilities into coherent, trustworthy workflows.
What you'll do
- Define AI product design principles, patterns, and frameworks for workflows, agents, automation, transparency, permissions, and human review.
- Lead cross-product initiatives and partner with product, engineering, and leadership to translate technical AI capabilities into usable experiences.
- Create prototypes and design guidance, align stakeholders, and coach designers to raise the quality of AI experiences.
