What you'll do
- Define the long-term design vision and scalable interaction patterns for Rippling IT.
- Lead product design from discovery through launch, using customer insight, data, prototyping, and iteration.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to simplify complex workflows and deliver polished experiences.
