Own and improve Rippling’s mobile Time and Timeclock products for hourly employees and managers, setting mobile design standards and applying AI throughout the design process.
What you'll do
- Design mobile workforce-management experiences, including timekeeping, schedules, shift swaps, approvals, and the Timeclock kiosk app.
- Set mobile interaction patterns and quality benchmarks, and create scalable design patterns across Rippling products.
- Research customer workflows, prototype and validate solutions, and use AI to explore problems, requirements, edge cases, and working flows.
