Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Rippling’s Talent product suite, rebuilding its workforce workflows around agents that can take action across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for headcount planning, recruiting, performance management, learning management, and employee surveys.
- Define and ship agentic workflows that identify workforce needs, run recruiting tasks, support managers, address skill gaps, and turn survey feedback into action.
- Lead a dedicated engineering and design team and collaborate with cross-functional partners and customers to launch reliable, trusted products.
