What you'll do
- Own end-to-end payments experiences and build shared platform capabilities, APIs, workflows, and architecture across products.
- Apply AI to explain payment outcomes, surface anomalies, anticipate issues, and help users resolve problems.
- Lead the contractor Balance wallet and improve global payment reliability, recovery, and operational excellence.
