Leads the engineering organization building and operating Rippling’s unified financial risk decisioning platform, including real-time and batch processing and AI-powered risk automation.
What you'll do
- Direct the initiative to route all payments through a unified risk engine and scale a no-code platform for authoring and deploying risk rules.
- Architect AI agents for fraud-signal synthesis, financial risk evaluation, and automated decisions.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior engineers while establishing cross-functional and international team operating models.
