What you'll do
- Set AI interaction models, UX patterns, and design principles; create reusable patterns for agents, generated UI, approvals, trust, and error recovery.
- Manage and coach designers, establish design-review and quality practices, and help recruit senior design talent.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Research, and other teams to align and ship coherent AI experiences across products.
