About the job
Build and scale backend infrastructure for global payroll, payments, and related financial operations, with emphasis on correctness, reliability, and regional compliance.
What you'll do
- Design backend systems and platform primitives for payroll, payments, ledgers, reconciliation, treasury, and risk.
- Build APIs and integrations, addressing distributed-systems challenges across financial data and external providers.
- Lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, operations, compliance, and payments teams.
