Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Rippling AI

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI platform initiatives from planning through production, including scalable agent infrastructure and observable, self-correcting systems.
• Develop platform capabilities that encode business logic into reliable automated workflows and partner with Product on trustworthy, intuitive AI features.
• Collaborate across engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical direction and best practices.

• Strong expertise in platform and distributed systems engineering, including building reliable, observable, large-scale systems.

Pay

USD 168,000–280,000 per year (base salary); USD 168,000–280,000 per year (base salary)
