Own and build foundational AI platform infrastructure and systems that enable AI capabilities across Rippling’s products.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and execution of broad, cross-team AI Platform initiatives, translating ambiguous product and technical goals into scalable systems.
- Build and maintain platform infrastructure, including eval frameworks, model-related systems, sandboxing, scaling, latency, and reliability; write, review, and debug code.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and establish reusable platform patterns and engineering standards.
