About the job
Build and own the operating cadence, executive reporting, accountability, and planning processes for Rippling’s US Tax Operations organization as it scales.
What you'll do
- Establish leadership planning, review, and follow-through processes; track commitments and drive accountability.
- Create executive-ready reporting on operating-plan progress, risks, delays, and root causes.
- Partner with pillar leads on capacity and hiring plans, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operations.
