Build and lead backend and full-stack systems for Rippling’s Benefits Platform, Marketplace, and products, from architecture through delivery.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver new projects and scalable, maintainable systems, leading architectural decisions and the product delivery lifecycle.
- Develop APIs, event and data models, ETL, business logic, and customer-facing features; collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate customer feedback.
- Mentor engineers and lead adoption of AI development tools and practices.
