What you'll do
- Own Agent Assist initiatives from problem discovery through production rollout; observe support workflows, ship improvements, and measure results.
- Build reliable, observable AI assistance and reusable patterns for context, retrieval, tool use, skills, harnesses, and evaluation.
- Set technical direction for engineers, guide implementation, and collaborate with Support, Product, AI Infrastructure, and Engineering.
