Build foundational platform infrastructure for creating, connecting, invoking, and orchestrating AI agents and automations across Rippling’s products.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and implementation of systems for agent creation, invocation, skill packaging, plugin connectivity, and automation orchestration.
- Build reusable tools and primitives for internal teams and customers to create and deploy AI agents.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide technical guidance through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
