What you'll do
- Lead architecture and technical roadmap for the payroll payments engine, including performance, reliability, and scalable operations across countries.
- Own complex features end to end, from design and specifications through launch, monitoring, and production deployment.
- Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams on durable payment capabilities and customer experiences.
