What you'll do
- Compound and supervise compounding, packaging, inventory management, and safe, timely dispensing of medications.
- Help maintain compounding procedures, documentation, audits, inspection readiness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support daily operations by training staff, coordinating technician coverage, and meeting productivity and quality targets.
