Leads Ro’s Care Delivery learning function, setting strategy and building scalable programs, systems, and teams to improve frontline knowledge, patient care, and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Set learning strategy and priorities for onboarding, launches, ongoing development, and performance-based retraining.
- Build scalable learning processes and evaluate learning tools; measure effectiveness and use performance data to improve outcomes.
- Build and lead a Learning Center of Excellence and partner across clinical, operational, product, quality, and data teams.
