Leads the strategy, design, and implementation of automation across Ro’s pharmacy fulfillment, compounding, warehouse, packaging, and distribution operations.
What you'll do
- Develop automation strategy and lead capital projects from business case through installation, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Partner across functions to optimize workflows, facilities, and operational performance; establish performance metrics and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure automation systems meet regulatory, safety, and quality requirements; maintain SOPs and standardized workflows.
