What you'll do
- Oversee daily compounding workflows, shift coverage, team performance, training, and SOP adherence.
- Supervise and perform hazardous and non-hazardous non-sterile compounding while maintaining safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with pharmacists and cross-functional teams on operational issues, inventory, scheduling, and process improvements.
