What you'll do
- Lead, train, coach, and support pharmacy technicians, including onboarding and skills development.
- Oversee accurate, timely picking, packing, and shipping; troubleshoot automation and resolve floor-level operational issues.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, maintain inspection readiness, and help improve workflows.
