Develops and delivers standardized training programs for Pharmacy Operations employees at the Romeoville facility and across other pharmacy locations.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding and role-based training, including instructor-led, hands-on, virtual, and LMS-based programs.
- Create and maintain training materials, learning paths, competency assessments, training matrices, and qualification records with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate training for new products, equipment, process improvements, and SOP changes; monitor effectiveness and identify retraining needs.
