Provides organization-wide technical leadership at Ro, setting platform architecture and strategy and guiding teams to build scalable, reliable, maintainable systems.
What you'll do
- Define architectural vision and recommend foundational technologies, patterns, and practices for key systems and platforms.
- Lead cross-team initiatives to improve system health, observability, performance, security, and operational excellence, from planning through delivery.
- Mentor engineers and advise engineering leadership and cross-functional partners on technical strategy and architecture.
