Processes and improves multi-state, multi-entity payroll operations, supporting accurate pay, tax compliance, reporting, audits, and payroll projects.
What you'll do
- Process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll, review outputs, and resolve discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Support payroll tax compliance, including notices, registrations, filings, and remittances; audit 401(k) deferrals and prepare control totals.
- Contribute to payroll reporting, audits, year-end activities, system migrations, and process improvements.
