What you'll do
- Own customer delivery end-to-end, from technical discovery through production launch and ongoing operation.
- Build and tune AI agents and customer workflows using real customer data, and feed field feedback into the core product.
- Work directly with customer RevOps and Sales leaders to identify and solve complex pricing and approval problems.
