About the job
Roadrunner’s first finance hire will build and run the company’s finance function, guide financial planning, and advise leadership on business decisions.
What you'll do
- Establish finance systems, reporting, and processes, and manage financial operations.
- Build FP&A models, budgets, scenario plans, and headcount plans; communicate runway, burn, and growth to the board and investors.
- Partner with teams on deal economics, budgets, and headcount decisions; determine what to manage internally or outsource.
