Leads compliance support for the design, launch, and ongoing enhancement of Robinhood Crypto products and services.
What you'll do
- Advise Product and cross-functional partners on regulatory requirements and compliance throughout crypto product development and launch.
- Review product features, customer communications, marketing materials, and operational processes for compliance; develop compliance frameworks for new products.
- Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, filings, and internal compliance reviews, including compliance testing and monitoring.

- 7+ years of financial services experience, including supporting crypto products in compliance, risk, legal, audit, or operations.
- Experience with brokerage products and advising on consumer protection requirements.
- Strong understanding of MiFID requirements.
- Awareness of crypto-related AML, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance requirements; ability to coordinate projects across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with global crypto regulatory frameworks, including MiCA.
- Familiarity with traditional brokerage.
Pay
USD 141,000–165,000 base salary (Zone 1); USD 124,000–145,000 base salary (Zone 2); USD 110,000–129,000 base salary (Zone 3)
