About the job
Participate in a paid 26-week licensing and training program while supporting Robinhood customers and preparing to become a Registered Representative.
What you'll do
- Support customers through chat, email, and phone, addressing needs from simple to complex.
- Identify and communicate ways to improve customer service as the voice of the customer.
- Study for and complete the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licensing requirements, then develop proficiency as a Registered Representative.
