What you'll do
- Resolve and de-escalate escalated customer issues while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Develop expertise in options and margin trading; provide support for Event Contracts after obtaining Series 3 licensure.
- Analyze customer trends, share findings with cross-functional partners, and contribute to customer-experience improvements, internal knowledge bases, and training.
