Supports Trump Accounts customers with account setup, contributions, eligibility, and other needs through phone, email, and chat, while identifying product and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer issues across phone, email, and chat, including questions about eligibility, contributions, and custodial accounts.
- Surface recurring customer friction, process pain points, and product gaps to leadership.
- Provide flexible support coverage, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Pay
