Leads Robinhood’s Accounts Payable function, overseeing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, team development, process improvement, automation, and controls.
What you'll do
- Oversee AP operations, including payment processing, PO matching, invoice exceptions, vendor reconciliation, and P2P/ERP optimization.
- Lead process, system, and automation initiatives, including AI- and robotics-enabled solutions; establish controls, metrics, and reporting.
- Manage specialized payments, tax and compliance activities, corporate card/travel/expense programs, and develop AP team members.

- Hands-on experience with PO matching (2-way/3-way match), invoice exception handling, and vendor reconciliation.

Pay
$123,000–$145,000 USD base salary (Zone 1); $109,000–$128,000 USD base salary (Zone 2); $96,000–$113,000 USD base salary (Zone 3)
