What you'll do
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations, including options, margin, and—after Series 3 licensure—Event Contracts support.
- Collaborate across teams to analyze customer trends, improve customer experience, and propose product or process changes.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training, and onboarding materials.
