Provides overnight customer support for complex financial-services issues, especially options trading and margin, while helping improve Robinhood’s products and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer questions and escalations, including options and margin issues, and provide support for Event Contracts after obtaining Series 3 licensure.
- Use customer insights to identify trends, escalate findings, and propose customer-focused improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to customer experience initiatives, knowledge bases, training content, and process improvements.
