Own and scale Robinhood’s two-sided Advisor Marketplace, helping investors find and fund accounts with advisors while enabling advisors to acquire and onboard clients.
What you'll do
- Set product strategy and manage the end-to-end marketplace funnel, improving discovery, matching, meetings, onboarding, and funded accounts.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to build, launch, and integrate marketplace products.
- Define marketplace health metrics and use research, experimentation, and analytics to improve conversion and performance.
