Leads the strategy, development, and operation of Robinhood’s build and developer infrastructure, including CI pipelines, source control, and development environments.
What you'll do
- Architect the technical strategy and roadmap for core developer infrastructure, and build scalable systems focused on speed, safety, and reliability.
- Improve developer onboarding and environments, and standardize build and CI practices across engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and operational best practices.
