What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of Application Security engineers, mentoring and supporting their performance.
- Drive security initiatives across the software development lifecycle and partner with engineering teams to identify and reduce risks.
- Improve security reviews, testing, secure design, automation, and developer tooling while maintaining developer velocity.
