Manages and improves Roblox’s equity compensation programs through quantitative modeling, budgeting, reporting, participant communications, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Prepare new-hire grants and manage equity budgeting, burn-rate tracking, and dilution modeling.
- Develop and maintain equity policies, models, analyses, and dashboards; identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Communicate equity programs and collaborate with internal partners and vendors to address inquiries and escalations.
